Lord, Your word says if anyone lacks wisdom, they should ask You. I am asking now. Grant me wisdom to make good decisions, discernment to know right from wrong, and understanding to see things from Your perspective. Amen.
Lord, grant me serenity to accept the things I cannot change, courage to change the things I can, and wisdom to know the difference. Fill my heart with Your peace that surpasses all understanding. Calm my troubled thoughts and help me to trust in Your perfect plan. Amen.
Heavenly Father, as I lay down to rest, I ask for Your peace to cover me. Quiet my mind from the worries of today and the anxieties of tomorrow. Let me wake refreshed and ready to serve You. In Jesus' name, Amen.
